Shipping policy

• Why don't you offer free shipping?

  Since our prices are much lower than our competitors, you get a much better deal with our Standard Rate shipping for any size order.

• Are your deliveries discrete?

  Your shipment will arrived via USPS Mail, UPS or Ontrack. There is no reference to the contents or this website on the box.

• Where do you ship?

  We ship to all 50 States in the US as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. 

• What if my shipment gets lost?

  If your package is lost or damaged in shipment we replace the order.  The shipment is considered complete when it is marked as "Delivered" buy the carried on the tracking order.  While we work with customers to find missing orders, we are NOT responsible for orders that go missing after marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.  (It is the responsibility of the property owner to insure that appropriate measures are taken to offer secure locations for the USPS to deliver to.)
